By accessing and using the services provided by TransferAE ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TransferAE provides premium bus transportation services throughout the United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Airport transfer services
• City tour transportation
• Corporate transportation solutions
• Group charter services
• Inter-emirate transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from TransferAE via email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any errors or omissions may result in service disruption or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of reservation.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Excess luggage
• Waiting time beyond the included period
• Route changes or additional stops
• Special requests or accommodations

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• 24+ hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

In the event that we must cancel your service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your service at no additional cost.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

6.1 Punctuality

Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which additional charges may apply.

6.2 Conduct

Passengers must:

• Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
• Follow all safety instructions
• Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any damages

6.3 Luggage

Each passenger is allowed standard luggage as specified in the booking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Safety and Security

TransferAE is committed to passenger safety. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections. Our drivers are licensed professionals who undergo background checks and training.

8. Limitation of Liability

TransferAE's liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service. We are not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights, appointments, or connections
• Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Force Majeure

TransferAE shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other emergencies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TransferAE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Modifications to Terms

TransferAE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
